6. Returns and Exchanges

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Sale items and limited releases may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item

We will review the claim and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
